How to source for a staff ID card template on your hospital's portal

To source for a staff I.D card template on your hospital's portal, simply log in to your account and navigate to the certificate section. Below are the steps to follow:

3. Click on Staff ID Card

4. Click on ID Card Template

5. For creation of new template, make use of this page by inputting the details and 'save'

6. Click on view
