Steps

  1. Navigate to CRM → Leads.
  2. Locate the lead and click on the Status field.
  3. Select the appropriate status.
  4. Adjust the status to DONE.
  5. Click the action link on the lead record at the extreme right.
  6. Select Change to Client.
