This guide explains how to add an appreciation award for an employee in the HR module. This feature allows you to recognize staff achievements, assign awards, and document commendations within the system.


Steps

  1. Go to the HR Module
  2. Click on Appreciation
  3. Click on Add Appreciation
  4. Select an Award from the dropdown
    • If the award is not listed, click Add to create a new one
  5. Click on Given To and select the employee
  6. Select the Date of the appreciation
  7. Click on Summary to add a write-up (optional)
  8. Click on Photo to upload an image (optional)
  9. Click Save

Expected Result

The appreciation record will be successfully created and assigned to the selected employee. It will be visible in the Appreciation section for tracking and reference.
