Steps

A. Create a Shift

  1. Go to the Dashboard
  2. Click on Settings
  3. Select Attendance Settings
  4. Click on Employee Shifts
  5. Enter the Shift Name and configure shift details (e.g., time)
  6. Click Save

B. Assign Shift to Employees

  1. Go to HR
  2. Click on Shift Roster
  3. Select Assign Bulk Shifts
  4. Click on Add Shift Roster
  5. Select the Employees you want to assign shifts to
  6. Choose the Shift (e.g., General Shift [09:00 – 18:00])
  7. Select how to assign the shift (e.g., Send Email Notification)
  8. Add a Remark (optional)
  9. Click Save
